This achievement is very easy to get early in the gameplay.

**You will need 1000 gold to change your features.**

Speak with Galathil, she is located sitting on the dock area in the Ragged Flagoon. To get to the Ragged Flagoon, you need to go to Riften and enter the Ratway.

There are enemies in the Ratway, so make sure you bring some food and/or health pots.

Slippy Sadist added an awesome tip; You can save your game befofe talking to Galathil so that once the achievement pops, you can reload your last save and keep your gold.

SkinstakovicWhy is this flagged as missable?

LunaaCraftMaybe what Toxic said above, if you become a vampire, she wont let you use her services so it's a miss. But usually missable means you cant go back. Not sure though, never noticed it got marked as missable.

AwakeDeadeyeI'm pretty sure you can kill her too, so missable.

o DEEVIUS oGalathil is marked as an essential character so she cannot die by any means. If you assault her down to her knees you can leave, wait a while and come back and she will offer the service again. You also have indefinite options to cure your vampirism so it's not that.

The only known reasons are through two extremely rare glitches: One is where the option to confirm the changes by selecting 'Done' will become stuck and therefore you cannot progress. Two is that during the quest 'Rising At Dawn' required to cure your vampirism if you hit Stage 4 of vampirism at exactly the time the ritual ends then Falion will say the ritual is complete but you will still be a vampire, this cannot be fixed and you'll be a vampire forever. It is unclear that becoming a werewolf will cure this but since there are limited times to do this if you have exhausted those opportunities you have missed this achievement.
