There are 37 total missions, I've been working on mine solo. Haven't played offline/date switching yet. Here is a list of all possible missions:

The Regular - Consume more than 5 brews in a dungeon
Brohibition - Consume under 5 brews in a dungeon
Easy enough if you pay attention. Brews only appear in chests and breakable objects, just be wary the final chest on a stage may drop brews, you may need to skip the goodies. Start with Vampire and a high damage weapon like Rageful Desolator and you'll be fine.

Dead Becomes Us - Die over 10 times in 1 game
Not sure if this works in co-op with your buddies reviving you. Was easy enough solo, just spent all my gold on revive potions then jumped in a trap. Just leave a life extra so you can finish the depth.
Big Spender - Make a total of more than 10 shop purchases
Goes hand-in-hand with Dead Becomes Us or Vanilla (below). Buying health is cheaper than extra lives, not sure if you can buy health if you're already full.

Power Level - Fully level up one weapon category by depth 4
You need 3500 to fully upgrade one category. If you reach the end of a stage and haven't got enough gold from chests, just wait by the exit and let the threat meter go up and get extra gold this way. Just focus on a single upgrade and don't buy lives/health and you'll be fine.
King Midas - Collect over 1000 gold in one level
Almost impossible to miss solo. See Power Level too.

Bro Bomb - Kill 100 enemies with objects or throwing bros
A fairly safe method for this one, during the first chapter, first mini-boss, you have infinitely spawning eyeballs and explosive urns. Can always throw enemies, that counts too.

You Monster - Kill 500 enemies
Killing Machine - Kill 250 enemies
Easy enough if you focus on kills. Chapter 2 is the easiest for this as there seems to be substantially more bunnies than any other enemy in the game.
Gunshy - Complete a depth with killing 0 enemies
Mini-bosses do not count, check your total number of kills on the tally screen at the end of the depth. Its random as to whether or not this is unobtainable solo on your current depth as you may get a room that locks you in until enemies are defeated. If you don't get this on Depth 1 or Depth 3, try again.

Immortal - Defeat a world with no bro losing a life
There is a separate achievement guide for this one.
Frugal - Defeat a world without purchasing a life
Like Immortal only easier as you can lose a few lives, just don't buy any.

4 of a Kind - Defeat a world with 4 shrines on
Not Bad - Defeat a world with 2 shrines on
Easy Mode - Defeat a world with 1 shrine on
1 and 2 are easy, suggest you restart a number of times until you find two penalties that you're comfortable with for 4-of-a-kind.

Vanilla - Complete a dungeon without upgrading 1 bro's weapon
Easy enough if you don't accidentally buy an upgrade. Spend that extra gold you get on lives and you'll be fine, just don't do Chapter 1.
Time Lord - Complete a dungeon in under 30 minutes
Speed Runner - Complete a dungeon in under 40 minutes
Both are easy enough if you rush through and only buy the basics. Chapter 3 is the easiest as the boss fight only has one phase. Rageful Desolator is a good choice as you start with shield and only really need to upgrade the light attack.

Sword Master - Beat the game with a sword
Hammer King - Beat the game with a hammer
Crossbow Killer - Beat the game with a crossbow
Wand Wielder - Beat the game with a wand
Spookem in Bones - Kill Spookem
Sword to Bones - Kill Spookem with a sword
Hammer to Bones - Kill Spookem with a hammer
Crossbow to Bones - Kill Spookem with a crossbow
Wand to Bones - Kill Spookem with a wand
Ice The Queen - Kill Ice Queen
Iced by Sword - Kill Ice Queen with a sword
Iced by Hammer - Kill Ice Queen with a hammer
Iced by Crossbow - Kill Ice Queen with a crossbow
Iced by Wand - Kill Ice Queen with a wand
Game Over, Overlord - Kill Cult Overlord
Sword Overlord - Kill Cult Overlord with a sword
Hammer Overlord - Kill Cult Overlord with a hammer
Crossbow Overlord - Kill Cult Overlord with a crossbow
Wand Overlord - Kill Cult Overlord with a wand
All easy enough to do. My preferred weapons are Relentless Cleaver, Rageful Desolator, Toxic Needler, Seismic Totem. This part of the missions is the most annoying as you will very rarely be able to stack multiple missions in one playthrough.
"Beat the game" just means finish the chapter, any one works.

I completed the final mission while online but the achievement never popped. XBox Live was having issues and other achievements were popping half an hour late. There seems to be no way to trigger this to unlock now.

This Achievement is ~~Unobtainable 11/9/2016~~ Now obtainable as of 2/7/17

~~Wand Wielder: Beat the game with a Wand (not in rotation)~~

This achievement can be worked on OFFLINE, moving your date forward in system setting to cycle new missions (missions are random each day)
~~With that said I was up to May 18 2017 (in Nov of 2016) and still could not complete this Achievement because (wand wielder) never became an option to complete. (I have completed all other missions)~~

THE FINAL MISSION MUST BE COMPLETED WHILE CONNECTED TO XBL or It will not pop as of 2/11/17

How to play offline

1. load the game
2 go to network setting GO OFFLINE
3. hard reset your system
4. you may have to disconnect wifi / pull network cable here
5. Go to system > Time > Date move date up 1 day
6 load game
7. Complete mission / dungeon back to title screen
8 Dashboard exit game
9 repeat steps 5-8 until all but 1 mission is complete

10. once you get your final mission to show up, connect to XBL / plug your cable back in / connect back to your wifi. The mission will remain as long as you don't restart the game

You can check what missions are available for the day in the bro shack, the top 3 listed are the 3 for the day

Mission Clarification:
Beat the game with said weapon = Beat any dungeon once with said weapon

Kill 100 enemies with objects or throwing bros: This can be done by throwing enemies into other enemies. on lvl 1 of the first dungeon. let the timer expire and begin chucking minions as fast as possible in a single direction.

Best weapons:
Sword: Gutrender
Hammer: Deaths fist- Heavy attack AOE circle stacks damage.
Bow: Toxic Needler
Wand: Tide caller

If you are having troubles playing offline, I will try and help.
it is possible to play offline even though this is a games with gold.

Just joined the club today! Guide was indispensable for getting those last few pesky missions to show up. I have to say I'm surprised so few people have 100% completed the game. The grind isn't *that* bad, just requires patience and some understanding of the game's mechanics. But I'm also glad to be done with it. Already uninstalled and don't plan on playing again unless someone is desperate for co-op achievement help!

You can’t play this offline if you only downloaded it with games with gold, and don’t actually own the game. Ugh, looks like I’m in for the long haul.

A warning for everyone that has not started the game: the missions may look easy but you can not work on them as you want (that's what I was thinking before starting the game and none of the other guides really mention it). The game selects 3 missions randomly every day. And you can only work on these 3 missions on this day. Then you will have to wait till the next day for a new roll on 3 missions - might be missions you have already completed.

That means: if you are not able to play this game offline for whatever reason then you can not use the time trick described in the guide from D34dBodyMan. That means you will have to log in every day and see what missions you can work on. I logged into this game now every day for the last 6+ weeks and completed every mission available. I have 2 missions left. Nothing difficult: "beat the game with a wand" and "Kill 100 enemies with objects or throwing bros". But because of bad RNG they didn't show up yet. For the last week it only brought up missions I have aldready completed. Very annoying.

Bottom line why the ratio for this achievement is so high: it is by no means difficult. It is just time consuming on a random level.
