How to unlock the Dominion achievement

    This achievement is still partially glitched, this may not be a definite answer on how to unlock it. Right now it seems that around 95% of people who couldn't unlock the achievement before have been able to with using Brazilian servers. Now, this may still take more than 10 wins or it may just take 1 win.

    Thanks to ClockWrkPhantom, Lythiris and ssippiee who have made great suggestions to use the Brazil servers and all and many more have unlocked the achievement in doing so.

    1. Go to clubs and find a Brazilian club.
    2. Find someone in the Brazilian club that is playing Infinite Warfare.
    3. Join the game and start friending everybody in that lobby. (recent players works too)
    It's as simple as that, make sure you add enough people and you can always spam join game for a few minutes to get in. If the lobby has only a few players it can start to pull players from other regions which is not good, find a new lobby.

    Everything below this is old information and will be left in the case that using Brazilian servers does not work for you.

    Update: as of December 4th, 2016, I've tried all solutions that have been posted below, none of them are definite solutions.

    Update: as of January 11th, 2017, I played one game after the update today and was awarded the achievement. This seems to be only a coincidence.

    Update: as of April 15th, 2017, Heraizen and RYU KHAL NL have stated that deleting the cache MAY fix this achievement even for new players.

    As requested I'm listing how to clear Xbox cache below
    1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.
    2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.
    3. Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.
    4. Plug in the power cable back into the console.
    5. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
    6. Turn on the console using the power button.

    Some of these steps are not mandatory but only help to raise the chance of a successful cache reset.
    These steps should guarantee to delete your Xbox One's cache.
    If anyone has any questions pm me. I once spent months trying to get this achievement just like you most likely are. Please report your progress.

    I can confirm that this achievement is unlockable on the Brazilian servers.
    After trying to find Brazilian players with no succes i decided to use VPN to connect to such a server.
    I had like 34 wins and 25 loses up to this point in multiplayer.
    I used NordVPN wich is free trial for 7 days. I had made an account and installed the software to my laptop. In windows 10 under Network adapters settings, i have found the NordVPN adapter and under proprieties i have activate internet share with my ethernet build in network card. Then i hooked my xbox one thru a lan cable to my ethernet port on my laptop.
    I then connected to a Brazilian server in the VPN software on my laptop.
    I then just started the game on my xbox and searched for a Teamdeathmach . I found a game and played. The lag is insane and i was not able to do to much in that round so my team lost the round, but at the end of it my achievement popped.
    So for me was working on the first try even if i lost the game.
    Give it a try guys.

    ### UPDATE ###
    The next day I have tried to get the achievement for two of my friends playing on their profile.
    NordVPN had a problem and did not work correctly. For some reason after VPN ING myself to Brazil, after 30 seconds the iplocation Webbrowser showed I was actually in Canada Ontario. So i've played some round with no prevailing.
    I used then another VPN service which is a payed one. expressVPn.

    On both of my friend profile the achievement popped right after the first match I've played on Brazilian servers. So I think that's a triple confirmation that it works on Brazilian servers.

    What I can confirm is that this achievement is random. I unlocked it by playing after the latest update and i haven't played until today 12/6/2016... after the update i went to infected game mode and got a victory. I have a total of 15 wins and 29 losses.

    BigOlBilliamAs of 12/17, I got the achievement as well, but it definitely seems like a random unlock, as it actually unlocked shortly after a LOSS, haha. In all, I had about 90 wins, overwhelming majority in TDM (I did try the Infected game mode to get it to unlock a while ago, with no luck). As far as the speculation that you needed to lead either your team and/or the lobby (both teams), I'm actually not sure I had 5 games where that was the case, though I definitely had more than 5 games in the Top 3 on my winning team.

    Bottom line, even after the most recent patches on 12/17, it still seems totally random.
