  Using one of my spots that I used for a previous challenge, but I just went up and down the fields here and returned to the Yarra Valley Horizon Festival if I needed the fences to come back. Took me about 15-20 minutes with load times and everything.
  
  You do not need to bank the skill chain, even if you flip or run into a tree or house the points will still count toward the challenge.

  Easy One This...
  
  Find a row of wooden/metal fencing normally around a housing area or farm and then drive through it lengthways you will see landscaping rack up several times. Repeat process until Achivement pops.

  I got mine in about 20 minutes. Used HE car and got 1625 per Landscaping skill.

  Dr Tinus NL appears to be correct. While the Horizon Edition cars award more points, Playground games is using the award of the Landscaping skill rather than the points it grants. You'll need 100 Landscaping skills for this one, Horizon Edition cars will not speed things up (like last week, sadly).

  I got it in about 10 minutes just driving around Byron Bay... TONS of fences in that area.
