    STEALTH APPROACH:
    If you are going for the stealth achievement, you have to choke Paolo out or sleep dart him the first 2 times. The third time above the bar you have to kill him and can reload.

    MISSION 4: THE CLOCKWORK MANSION
    Before you take the cablecar to the Clockwork Mansion go under the tracks and into the opposite street from where you started to find the black market downstairs. Talk to the shopkeeper and she will tell you that Paolo will arrive soon. After you take him down he will disappear.

    MISSION 6: DUST DISTRICT
    The second and third time you get to face Paolo is in the Saloon of Dust District. When you enter the saloon he will be sitting in front of the musicians. Take him out and he will disappear again. Walk upstairs and take care of him one last time.

    WhyattThrashYou can put a stun mine/springrazor up by his Outsider shrine to automatically take Paolo out after darting him, since that's where he "respawns" when he's killed (as Mindy's journal in her tattoo shop mentions).

    If you carry overseer Byrne's body over to the Howlers' turf, they will be friendly to you, making taking them out a lot easier. And they'll stay friendly even though you obilterate their whole crew, as long as nobody spots you attacking anyone.

    Fiat MortemI took him down by Domino with a dart on another mob in Clockwork Mansion, then by Domino and chokeout of a linked mob in Dust, then choked him out in his room. No achievement.

    Can't recommend using Domino to take him down, doesn't seem to count.

    MisterWinkyFaceThis did not pop for me, as well. It must be bugged. I plan on doing a NewGame+ because my Mission 7 never unlocked either. I am currently doing a stealth/no kills/no power run. Chaos and magic next time, baby.
