I did this in a stealth playthrough. I had cleared out the area of hostiles and piled all the bodies--more than 20--in a corner on the roof of the red building. I thought I would go for the Heartbeat Reaper achievement for killing 6 enemies in a second and a half.

So, I made a save that I planned to revert to. Then, I hauled up a whale oil tank I'd taken from the wall of light and put it on top of the pile of bodies. Finally, I lobbed a couple of grenades blowing up the entire pile. The unconscious enemies counted as unaware enemies and I unlocked the achievement in one go. Needless to say, I also unlocked:

Dishonored 2Heartbeat ReaperThe Heartbeat Reaper achievement in Dishonored 2 worth 78 pointsEliminate 6 enemies in less than 1.5 seconds

Naturally, you would probably get this achievement in the normal course of events during a high chaos playthrough. However, it's interesting that unconscious enemies count as unaware enemies. So, if you happen to have 20 unconscious enemies handy in a low chaos stealth playthrough--they don't have to be all in the same pile, you can quickly kill them, get the achievement, and then revert to a save that you made before the slaughter.
