This has been fixed again. But I will leave the other video up, just incase something happens with a future update.

Original: The easiest spot to get this from what I've seen, is mission 5. You need to do this BEFORE you take out Breanna in a non-lethal way. You can get this before you even enter the mansion fully.

When you get past the wall of light leading to the mansion. Go right and down the stairs. There you'll find a door. You might want to quickly scout the area, to find the rat (down the bottom of this room), the bloodfly (right by the rats), and the hound (through the door in this room). Also take a look down the tunnel by the bloodfly, this will lead to a human outside (he can be in multiple places, but he should be just outside this tunnel), and the fish in the small pond there too.

What you want to do, is open the other door by the stairs and get the hounds attention. Possess him right by the stairs, and go down. Chain to the rat, then the bloodfly. Fly through the tunnel, and possess the guard outside. Finally, walk him over to the pond/fountain, and chain to the fish.

Here is a video from HarryNinetyFour as a visual aid:

    TragicsNFGThanks for the guide!
Took me three or four tries as I kept either hitting wrong button and leaving the host rather than transferring hosts, or running out of time in control of their body. I ended up loading up a couple crafted bonecharms to lengthen possession time, not sure if it was necessary but did get it first try after that.

Gilbert PrimeHaving an upgraded Agile Will and/or Accommodating Host charm gives you a lot more time. Without it, I would hear the warning sound while I was still flying toward the guard. With it, I finished the chain without hearing it at all.

SambawebThe first video did not work. The time to change between possessions is ridiculously short. The second video works perfectly.

Looks like after the New Game + patch, Gravehounds die as soon as you possess them. Some have reported that the achievement unlocks if you possess a Gravehound in the last place, but that didn't work for me, so I'm offering an alternate solution. This is how I did it:

    - Start a New Game with Corvo (or New Game + with either one).
    - You need to fully upgrade Possession (needs 13 runes) by Mission 3: The Good Doctor, so you need to pick every available rune in Mission 2 (that makes 10, including the one located near the Dreadful Whale).
    - Pick 3 more runes in Mission 3 and clear the place of guards, but try to not break much havoc. Specially, don't disturb the guard that is bothering the hounds in the ground floor behind the Wall Of Light.
    - After having the fully upgraded power, you need to deactivate the Wall Of Light, and open the showcase full of Bloodflies just outside the hallway where the guard and the dogs are.
    - Stealthily, enter the door in the right side as you enter the hallway, and then go out again using the other door in the room.
    - Approach the window, stand up and possess one of the sleeping hounds using cn_LT.
    - Immediately, pushing cn_RT jump to a rat, then to the guard, and then to one of the bloodflies you just released.
    - Quickly fly to the small pond located on the front entrance of the building. Jump to a fish there. If you were fast enough, achievement unlocked.

l BlackBrian7 lThis worked for me after getting the timings right. +1

wildwest08Quickest way to get this achievement. The time constraint is difficult but doable. I missed the first time but quickly went back to the dog and started again. The guy was slowly walking up the stairs so I quickly possessed him then the fish. Thanks for the insight

This Solution takes into account the glitch which means that possessing a dog = death. Thus, the dog must now be last.

Set Up: You will need a minimum of 13 runes for ALL the possession upgrades by Mission 5. There are plenty more than this, so don't worry if you miss a couple.

The above amendments are very good, so credit to them and in particular Late Night Gamer on youtube (well done, sir.) However I would suggest making a slight alteration which makes it SIGNIFICANTLY easier, in my opinion.

Many Solutions have the order - Rat > Fish > Human > Bloodfly > Dog (who dies)
My solution switches the human and fish - Rat > Human >Fish > Bloodfly > Dog.

The reason for this change is that timing is EXTREMELY TIGHT. The fish is the hardest to move, and this method means you can look to your right and just spam RT until it instead of trying to chain to a human with a patrol pattern that means he's not always visible.

Go to Mission 5. Go through the mission stealthily until you get to the conservatory, and disable past the wall of light by the watchtower. In laymans terms, follow Late Night Gamer's video p until 2:25 (ish).
u Watch the whole thing once, regardless, as the video does the correct route, just in my opinion not the easiest order (not a criticism, as I said he did a great job).

After opening both doors in the video make a manual save (around 2:25 in the vid). Possess the rat (1) with LT, as the video shows. However, instead of possessing the fish, chain possess the human (2) straight ahead with RT. This will make things easier, as possessing the human as a fish is very tricky. As the human, look into the pond and chain possess the fish with RT (3). As the fish, it should be much easier to look to the right of the pool and spam RT to chain to the bloodfly, instead of trying to peak above water and get the human. As the fish, chain to the bloodfly (4) and fly through the gate shown in the video to the dog (5). You will die, but the achievement should pop regardless.

If it doesn't work, just reload save.

    Summary of route.

Posess Rat (1). Run under tunnel and possess human (2). As human, possess fish (3). As fish, look to right of pool as you entered through tunnel and possess bloodfly (4). As bloodfly, fly across and through the gate, and possess dog (5). Achievement should pop.

*notes - unconscious human are possessable. which theoretically would eliminate the problem of the patrolling guard. However, with bloodflies around the human will quickly be killed if unconscious, and no longer possessable, so I do not recommend leaving an unconscious guard by the pool.*

AllgorhythmThumbs up. I, too, find Rat, human, fish to be easier than rat, fish, human. Because the rat is so close to the ground, it's hard to get line of sight to the fish. It's easy to look up (IMHO) and chain to the human who steps forward, looks down, and easily chains to the fish. Fish to bloodfly is also easy because it's an upward look--pressing cn_RT automatically locks on the fly and possesses it.
