  To unlock each ending, you must finish the game a certain way. For ending N, you'll need to:
  
  Optional: You can start at Civitavecchia (level 2 below).
  Level 1 - Keep left.
  Intermission 1 - Stay with Olga.
  Level 2 - Drive carefully without crashing and keep right.
  Intermission 2 - Keep Olga.
  Level 3 - Pick up the hitchhiker and speak to her about Red Brigade or terrorists and with the rest of the conversation head to the assumption that she is a terrorist too.
  Finale - Nothing.

  I appreciate all these solutions, but I had to downvote this one. The tips for the hitchhiker are vague and can easily lead the player into the wrong direction even following the recommendation. It is easy to accidently get ending D and waste about 10 minutes. I appreciate the video, but I don't expect to need it for this type of achievement.

  Thanks for the feedback :) Unfortunately, the requirements for parts of this game are fairly vague, so giving accurate advice is difficult. Sorry that this solution wasn't helpful to you but good luck with the rest of the game!

  Easier than the other solution where you have to carefully drive w/ Olga:
  
  Start in Bracciano. Use Jacky's car (see the FULL ROSTER solution for how to get this), win the race (easy in Jacky's car), stick with Olga, and keep your car.
  
  Drive until you see the hitchhiker. Pick them up. Then use the following dialog choices (from the video in the other solution):
  
  This is a long conversation, but it starts as soon as you pick the hitchhiker up and will easily play out if you don't accelerate.
  
  Let us give you a ride.
  The name's Lella. Nice to meet you.
  Hi. So... How's your day going?
  Not in the mood to talk, I see.
  This Moro thing must be making everyone nervous.
  Hey, look! It's making you talk, too!
  So the terrorists will probably kill him!
  You don't think Red Brigades is a terrorist group?
  So, I guess you are in the mood to talk about it.
  I'm not implying, I'm asking. Are you?
  I wouldn't know what one looks like.
  But you're acting nervous and I'm not.
  Agreed, we're almost at your destination anyway.
  ...if Lorenza is even your real name.
  
  The conversation played out exactly like this for me.
  
  When the tree is exhausted, accelerate through to the end. You don't get any choices in the finale.
