To unlock each ending, you must finish the game a certain way. For ending P, you'll need to:

Optional: You can start at Bracciano (level 2 below)
    Level 1 - Keep right.
    Intermission 1 - Nothing.
Level 2 - Win or lose the race, keeping right.
Intermission 2 - Leave Olga ("better to be apart").
Level 3 - You have to question the priest's beliefs and you will do it with these three topics:
So tell me about your job, Padre.
So what? It's still a job, isn't it?
    "Vocation." So, you hear voices?
But you don't…? Has he stopped talking to you?
    I'm sorry, Padre.
What do you think about the Moro kidnapping?
Yeah, the so called "firm line."
If only we could help somehow…
I'm curious… What do you think of Paul VI?
He said some strong words on Aldo Moro's behalf.
Where do you think Italy is headed, Padre?
Finale - There will be a conversation and you'll need to say the following:
Why is religion always about giving things up?
Faith in what, Padre? Faith in whom?
And women. And children. And everyone in need.

NegativeCreep08Good guide but a couple of things - it doesn't matter if you win the race and the conversation triggers may appear in a different order with other random ones in between. I'm not sure if it matters what you say in those ones, but I avoided the line of questioning about his mother and didn't stop at the nursing home in case it gave me another ending

WolveixYeah, stopping at the nursing home would've given you a different ending :) And yeah, the conversation won't necessarily happen in the order given in the solution. Huh, I thought that you did need to win the race?

Dale BaldwinI followed the text guide and still ended up with Ending I, so the other conversation topics do have an effect. In my following run, I tried to stay completely silent apart from the required topics, but you seem to have to ask the priest where he's headed, or it'll keep bringing up the same question over and over again. The rest you can stay silent for. You can also start straight from Bracciano, to cut down the time a bit.

Ryuukishi634I had to attempt this one a few times because I kept getting the third conversation topic only seconds before the level ended. "So tell me about your job" and "Paul VI" would happen near the beginning, then I wouldn't get "Moro kidnapping" until the end, and the level would end before I could exhaust the last dialog tree. I finally solved this by turning around and driving backwards which bought me enough time...

WolveixGenerally, if an ending requires you to encounter certain conversational topics you shouldn't accelerate at all. Going at the default speed will grant you more than enough time to encounter all of the conversational topics :)

wosmackalso, maybe pick the slower looking cars, not the sports cars or police car
