How to unlock the Hold My Hair achievement

    You may stumble upon a random NPC vomiting at many points during the game, but the best place to find one for sure is near the pier in Oakland, here:

    Once you spawn here, at any time of the day, just run up and down the pier looking for someone who is obviously drunk and walking around. Follow them around for a few moments until they begin vomiting, and quickly take out your camera to snap a picture. If you are following someone and they are taking too long to vomit, try to find someone else. At this location near the pier you should be able to find someone vomiting every few minutes.

    CSARdiverHad trouble with this. Several photos of people puking, then realized this is glitched.

    Erased my local and server saves, started a new game and it popped when I photographed someone wiping their mouth afterwards as I missed the puke.

    flipmodeXXIIIThe comment from SOMBRA worked a charm. CCTV Camera covered a wider scope and was able to nab this within seconds of going into that mode.

    RoBsOnZ rEvEnGeUse your drone camera. If you try to do it on your phone, the animation of the person vomiting stops as they try to photobomb/get angry at you. They totally ignore the drone and it counts!

    RadiantCarcassTook many a picture of this guy, and it's never popped. I'll keep trying, but this is the THIRD glitched achievement I've gotten (5 star felony and finding all the keys didn't pop either)

    MasonMXQHey everyone, this achievement is by far the easiest solution I've seen. One tip, If the guy throwing up doesn't appear, reset your character by dying. If he still doesn't appear after around 5 attempts, fast travel to the nearest hackerspace and rest to set the time to around 7:00 PM and head back to Rhonda's. If he still doesn't appear, reset your character a couple more times and he should be there.
    Big-ol'-Sidenote - From all of the info I have collected, it seems that 3 random achievements from the game are glitched, I know this because if anyone has had glitched achievements, there are three random ones that don't work. My three glitched achievements are all missions, and I fully completed the game and even replayed all parts of each of the three missions. As of the time I am commenting, I haven't found one working fix. In relation to this specific achievement, if it does not work, it is possibly one of your 3 glitched achievements :(. (I am not 100% sure that there are exactly 3 glitched trophies, but again, every single post I have seen regarding glitched trophies mentions that they have three that won't pop.)

    GTAmissions1After struggling with this glitchy achievement with the other spot, this one did the trick after several fast travels nearby. To trigger the person and once getting the camera phone, I just kept taking a photo until the achievement unlocked.

    For those still having issues with the achievement, I feel your pain. Being several years from my last achievement unlock in 2017.

    Drunk people appear to spawn near the bars when you fast travel. I found the best place to be in Jack London Square, Oakland.

    Fast travel to the bar, if there's no drunk people around, fast travel to hacker space in Oakland and then back. Eventually multiple drunk people spawn and one of them will throw up.
