It's possible it could unlock on another playthrough, but I was unable to get it on my first playthrough. Really silly how it's glitched, because otherwise it's impossible to miss unless you quit the game before it shows Maria giving birth. I think the achievements page on my Xbox was showing only 70% of people got this. It is a recurring theme that many of these AC2 achievements don't pop when they should.
