  To access this sequence leave the animus and return to Animus Island.
  
  Enter the 4th small door way.
  
  This sequence is quite straight forward however here is a video if you are struggling.

  This can be achieved as soon as you enter Animus Island.
  
  Instead of running toward the gate the game tells you to, turn around and go into the portal that is second farthest to you. It will be shimmering. Can't miss it.
  
  You can complete the Desmond sequences in any order as it appears they are all accessible from the start. Recommended that you complete Desmond Sequences 1, 2, and 3 first as these have a story arch to them.
