    You can get Mailer Daemon as soon as you complete Sequence 2, Memory 5 and Dust to Dust can be completed as soon as you start Sequence 2. Memory 1. I've made a quick video for both of them.

    1 of 2 Missables In AC Brotherhood

    Both can be obtained from the beginning of Sequence 2, as soon as Roma loads up press start and select "LEAVE ANIMUS" from the menu.

    Check the laptop behind Shaun's computer for the Mailer Daemon achievement, after that go upstairs to exit the Villa and after a short cut-scene of Lucy telling you to bring some gear you will appear outside the Villa. Immediately turn around and just inside the doorway you will find one of the artifacts on your right and you should get the Dust To Dust achievement.

    You ca. Actually earn these at the same time at memory 1 of sequence 2.
    You do not have to be told you have email, simply go to the computer when getting "dust to dust" and check out your dusty, empty email box. No body loves Desmond.
