  There are a total of 20 glyphs in the game. You can find these glyphs everywhere, on rooftops or walls and so on. In the menu can you see under "The Truth" how many glyphs you have solved. The glyph puzzles go in order no matter which glyph you find. I start with the locations in Florence and end in Venice.
  
  A note from the comment section (Thx Warboy925) below. You have to reach sequence 10 for the last two glyphs otherwise both glyphs are not available.

  2nd one ive had problems with. My solve was restart game and redo last glyph.

  To unlock each of Subject 16's videos you need to find the 20 Glyphs around the cities on the buildings and solve the puzzle for them.
  
  Glyphs are symbols that only show up whilst in Eagle Vision (Hold ) once located you need to go near them to begin the sequence, you will be introduced to Glyphs not long after Sequence 1.
  
  The game tells you which building in the game has a Glyph on it by the red eye icon on the picture of the location, you can see a list of locations from the pause menu under 'Database'
  
  Finding the Glyphs is half the battle since you also need to unlock the code for the data by solving the puzzle, they aren't too difficult and if you wait long enough the game will give you the option for a hint. (But I will provide a guide for them below)

  Ok.....I posted this in both guides, whoever adds this to their solution first gets my up vote........90% of people who check these solutions want to know when is the absolute earliest they can get a certain cheevo.......Pm me or comment when you edited your solution........
  
  You CAN NOT get this achievement until at LEAST sequence 10!!! The last two glyph locations are not accessible until then!!!!
