    You unlocked the Poison Blade during memory sequence 5. Find a guard or enemy where there is something you can climb on above him. Poison him with your poison blade, climb up, switch to your hidden blades and perform an air assassination (Lock on target with cn_LT before you assassinate the poisoned enemy)
