This achievement is for eventually defeating the final, optional boss of the game: Simulacrum.

To unlock this dungeon, you need to do the following:

1) Collect all 8 Raft Pieces (earning the final piece also gives you one of Secret Keys)
2) Collect all 24 Secret Shards
3) Complete the 3 Optional Dungeons (you can open them when you have 8, 16, and 24 secret shards).

The final dungeon is going to push your creativity and knowledge of the game mechanics. There are a lot skills and techniques with the items you might not have ever thought of trying or were even possible. I will say it helps to have some of the lockpicks saved for this, but that is entirely optional (just means less fights/puzzle solving required at times).

Simulacrum herself is a tough boss. If you haven't mastered the art of rolling by this point, you're going to struggle a bit. Focus on not taking hits and maintaining high health. Risking extra hits can quickly drain your health. I had all 10 hearts of health possible and even then it wasn't easy. The fight itself is in two phases:

Phase 1
Simulacrum has 4 attack patterns based around the four main attack types you have. Each of the patterns will occur twice before she moves onto the next one.

1) Fire Sword - This one is the most dangerous when you first see it, but you can learn to dodge it. The pattern will be 3 slashes, 2 slashes, and finally she'll walk up for a crash attack with a small radius of effect. If you can get into an opposite corner as her, you might be able to not have to roll away from the slash onslaught. If not, you want to roll as soon as she begins each slash. You'll get the rhythm eventually. You can hit her some, but it's not easy. Aim for maybe one or two (alternate between the Fire Mace and Force Wand).

2) Dark Magic and Lightning - She fires a small burst of 5 orbs, then does a swirl attack. Finally, 4 bursts of lightning will be fired at you. They're not too troublesome. Try to hit her with some Force Wand during this, but pick your spots. The transition between orbs and lightning can be quick if you're trying to hit her too many times.

3) Explosions - While she transitions to this phase, hit her a ton. This is likely the easiest of the 4 early patterns to do this. The attack itself is that she'll jump around and leave a small area of attack explosive charge. After a few of these, she'll jump towards you and charge up a single large charge around her. During the attacking, you might be able to get a hit or two, but nothing too substantial.

4) Ice - Starts off with a spiral of ice bullets. Try firing the Force Wand to deflect some and make it a little easier. She will then proceed to jump around shrieking and causing short ice explosions where she lands. Just avoid through this phase. You might be able to get a Force Wand or Fire Mace attack to hit, but only hit or two at a time.

Around 20%-33% of her health remaining, she will shift into Phase 2. You'll be able to tell it's happening by the shriek she let's out and she will sprout some claws as well.

Phase 2
As always, the boss is completely pattern based. As soon as you learn the patterns, these ones might actually be easier than Phase 1.

1) Swipes - She walk around and will swipe a few times. Generally not as dangerous as the Fire Slash in Phase 1. I just moved away from her the whole time and maybe fired off a shot or two to try for a hit.

2) Light Machine Gun - She'll fire a stream of light bullets at you. They don't move really quick and you can just run to avoid them. While in this attack, make your way towards here. The best opportunity for attacking is right after this and you can likely get 4-5 hits of your Fire Mace right after this.

3) Light Bomb - After the machine gun, she'll begin to charge a ball of light above her head. After getting in a few slash/whacks, move away and prepare to roll. She'll fire and it goes all the way to the way where it will explode and have a small explosion area. Just move towards her and roll back in and you should be fine.

4) Lightning 3 Way - She'll move around a have 3 lightning shots go off all at once from her. You will see the shot telegraphed a little to see where to dodge. She'll repeat this firing twice before going all the way back to the swipes.

After winning, there will be a short cut-scene and you will receive the final treasure and can teleport out. The achievement will unlock soon after.
