  Thankfully, the roads are much easier to discover than in the base game. There are no tricky driveways or dotted lines. You will probably discover most of them naturally by progressing through the DLC.
  
  If you still have trouble finding those missing parts of road, go to the map and hide all the icons for races, PR stunts, etc by using change filter ( in the map screen).

  In case anybody else comes here with a similar issue, I’m playing on series X and having discovered and fully driven all 50 roads, I’m stuck at 96% 😞

  Hey everyone, I was one of the unlucky ones that for some reason didn't unlock this achievement, even after doing everything it asks. I talked to Gamer "SILVAF0XX" about this achievement, he also left a comment about it here in the achievement, that the achievement was blocked for him, even though he did what the achievement asked, but when I saw it on his profile I saw that he had unlocked, and I went to ask him how he had unlocked it, he had said that he had to reset all his progress in the whole game, but I found a way to unlock this achievement without having to erase his progress from his game, but that's it follow this tutorial that I'll pass on only when you've tried everything and it doesn't unlock. And before I start, I want to say that I'm Brazilian, and I don't understand any English, and everything I'm writing is translated by Google and that maybe there's some translation error. Pay close attention to the tutorial. Let's go.
  
  STEP 1: Leave your console completely disconnected from the internet, leaving it completely offline.
  
  STEP 2: Delete your progress only from LOCAL, FROM THE CONSOLE, leaving only progress in the cloud. but when you are offline only the option to delete LOCAL progress will appear.
  
  STEP 3: Enter the game and do the initial races, and when the blizzard mountain appears on the map, go there and go to the blizzard mountain map. I needed to do like 4 races for that to happen.
  
  STEP 4: Do the initial mountain runs and take any car, and drive it through every street, until you're 50/50.
  
  STEP 5: The achievement will not appear because you will be offline, for that you need to put the console online and the achievement will appear. but the moment the achievement appears close the game, and delete the LOCAL progress, and then enter the online game and the progress saved in the CLOUD will sync, it may take a while depending on your internet, and all your progress will be there As if nothing had happened 😎👍
