Just collect newspapers, you can get location of these items from location vendors in cleared safe houses. Costs some scrap but map upgrades are the only thing really worth buing so don't hesitate.
Most of the mysteries have several pieces of news you need to collect, but there is at least one with only one piece of newspaper needed to unlock this achievement fairly early in the game when you first get outside the mall. |
