You can just start up a private game and sit in the first room until it hits 9pm and then run to the safe room Be sure to drop all your weapons on the first round before the intro timer runs out. Because my friend and I did it, I got the Pacifist Multiplayer Challenge complete and he got that and the achievement. I was using the healer, I dropped his spray and pray at the beginning, I accidentally picked up a weapon during Day 2, but I still got the achievement because I only ever used my fists.
