Main Street" stage, talk to the girl chef on top of the roof at the start of the 2. area.
- She will ask you to get back her
permit.
- To obtain the permit you will have to defeat 30 Tinkerbats in her restaurant (go down the path where there are 3 windows - Tinkerbats will spawn endlessly here),
- Bring her the permit and she will give you the
salty caramel- When you are back in
Scuttle Town give the candy to the little girl in Skys place.
- She will give you
bird seed- Give the bird seed to the strange guy in the
item shop- His bird will "give" you the
copper ore in return
I would only like to point out, that you have to finish the second stage (Mermaids) in order to have the girl in Skys place appear. If you start from scratch, you gonna need about an hour to reach this.
