Here is a very quick method (a few minutes) to unlock this achievement if desired:
From the main boot menu, load "Editor" and choose a new file.
Press LT once to select the Neon S-D Scout Drone.
Press A over the icon for it on the left, and move your cursor towards the light on the right past the middle of the screen and press A to place it.
Now hold LT and mash A over the drone to duplicate it until you have equal to or over 100 (seen on bottom right).
At the bottom, click "Save Stage" then to the right click "Play"
When the stage starts, hold A and attack the drones. You should get over a 100 combo and survive without issue.
