How do I unlock Well Trained?
From the Home screen go to Play >Training >Tutorial
Simply follow the instructions that the game provides. You will be taught how to move, how champion's abilities work, and how to capture an objective.

According to zzUrbanSpaceman, you should be given the tutorial once you load up the game for the first time.

Just thought I'd note that the tutorial came up straight away for me on game start, it prompted me to go into it or skip it, before getting to the menu.
