  For this achievement you can either wait or purposefully get to less than 50 health and use an ultimate, or you can follow this solution as it will unlock both achievements:
  
  

  The From the Grave achievement in Paladins: Champions of the Realm worth 40 pointsKill an enemy champion after they had already killed you.

  
  
  My solution for "From the Grave" recommends that you use the starting character Viktor to toss out a grenade () while both you and your opponent are very low on health. If they kill you while you're tossing it, and the grenade hits them, you will unlock both achievements for 75 GS.
  
  Another useful method for both achievements is to play as Skye, run into a large group (especially near the objective), and use her ultimate which deals massive damage. You'll die and most likely unlock both achievements.
  Credit for this method goes to Slayers Reign
  
  Note that you must play against bots until your account level is 5 upon starting the game before playing against other players to unlock achievements. This usually takes 4-6 games depending on if you win and how well you play.

  It is not 50% health cause i was at 104 health and ultimated and got a double and no pop. I think its literally 50.

  Ah okay, thanks. That may have changed from alpha to beta, but unsure. Anyway, Fixed.
  
  & Regardless, both of the listed methods often end in death netting you both achievements.

  They need to fix it back cause at 100 health I was amazed at how little I survived.

  Yeah, that's what I mean that sounds a lot tighter than how it seemed before. Again, unsure as both of these methods work regardless :/

  Changed the vote, sorry bout that. This guide is good but was just voting cause it wasn't % anymore. Wish I could just not vote til i can try to get it, oh well. Time to try for both of em. Any recomendations on cards to use for Skye? I got like 60k mana and can make all her cards.

  Yeah no problem, honestly the Viktor was easier for me at least, done it several times. As for Skye, I'm not the best Skye yet, but asked a few friends and they recommended "Nimble Fingers", the cool down reduction for Smoke Grenade, and the cool down reduction for Hidden. Admittedly, one said he generally plays very CDR focused.

  For these achievements though you basically would just want to increase damage, as the idea is to kill both you and the opponent or being very close to death yourself & cards shouldn't be all that necessary for the achievements anyway
