This isn't too hard, you just have to practice a few times. Play it on easy first to get a feel for what each area looks like before practicing on normal. This puzzle is in the first tier, so the normal difficulty isn't that bad (35 pieces).
I always try to do the corners first, then the edges, and then the middle portions. My best time was 1:39, so there is plenty of wiggle room.
