    NEW EDIT! (2-27-2020)

It appears that the devs have patched in a new code that unlocks ALL of the notes in one fell swoop. This includes all of the ones in the paid DLC that would otherwise cost you extra.

Start the game, then go to the Pause menu. Now press (simultaneously) cn_X + cn_Y + cn_LB + cn_RB. Go to the new box at the top and type (case sensitive): GiveAllExplorerNotes

You will pop this achievement and quite a few others. This doesn't clear all of the collectibles, since you still need to tame all of the dinosaurs, but definitely goes a LONG way, especially since the game updates every so often.

All thanks to Viridisx13 for figuring this out!

I used the "cheat fly" command and followed the sequence below, they are close to each other. When the local is "Cave" I went to the position and I used the "cheat ghost" command to pass through the ground/mountain.
Beside that use the other commands from Rashaka1 solution.

Ostrowidzki1989So, this way still works? How do I go about streaming to my pc? I have a laptop which is okay, but it's not super powerful.

Do you have to download the game on the pc as well? I don't have enough memory if so.

Plaguewielder87Not sure why the solution I linked to was deleted. Major delay in responding but I believe there's been another patch recently that might've fixed this. As for streaming, I assume you would have to download it for PC as well. It barely runs on mine so I had to resort to entering each code with the console pad. I still bear the scars.

AlanBragaFor streaming you have to use the xbox app for windows 10. There is an option for you to play on your PC but using the xbox in the local network to run the game. You don't have to download anything but the app

So... This is an extremely long and boring achievement...

You must collect all 100+ of the notes which includes all dino dossiers. Here is a website that lists them all by GPS location

    http://ark.gamepedia.com/Explorer_Notes

Below I will list some useful commands for accomplishing this. I suggest starting out in the water and going around to all the underwater caves. This will have to circling the full map. Afterwards I suggest heading to the sky to get all of the rest of them since it will take two different types of dinos to finish it.

All commands are entered in the command line on the pause screen in single player without quotes.

Make Daylight - "settimeofday 07:00:00" // useful for outdoor dossier.
    GPS - "giveitemnum 72 1 0 0 0 false"
    Head Lamp - "giveitemnum 305 1 0 0 0 false"
    Pike - "giveitemnum 140 9 0 0 false"
    Infinite Stats - "infinitestats"

Starting in the water caves use this command

    Water Dino - "summon plesiosaur_character_bp_c"

Unpause and look at the plesiosaur and then pause again.

    Tame dino - "forcetame"

Now get on the plesiosaur and use these commands

    Max level - "addexperience 99999999 0 0"
Infinite Stats - "infinitestats" //you must type this while riding the dino.

This will give you a water dino with unlimited stamina for sprinting "press in left thumbstick." While riding the dino press X to enter it's inventory and spend all of it's level points on movement speed.

Equip your GPS in a hotkey location. *NOTE* You can not use the GPS while riding the plesiosaur.

You can however use it under water so long as you aren't riding the plesiosaur.

After you have collected all the dossier that are in underwater caves you can now move on to the land section. Go to solid ground somewhere.

    Flying Dino - "summon ptero_character_bp_c"

Unpause and look at the dino.

Tame Dino - "forcetame" /* Ptero can be hard to tame. They like to fly away. If it flies away just summon another one to tame it instead. Usually you can get them to land on the ground and just stand there. */

Now just get on your dino and repeat the steps that you did for the plesiosaur for leveling up and giving infinite stats.

Unlike the Plesiosaur, you can use the GPS while riding the Ptero. If you are in 3rd person mode just press the RB to go first person while riding and you can see your GPS then if it's pulled out.

If I have missed anything feel free to post here and let me know what didn't work and I'll check to make sure I didn't mess up any of the commands. Hope this helps out with this lame achievement.

Input the GiveAllExplorerNotes the gave froze for a couple of seconds then 4 of the five achievements pop 30 secs later the last one pop.
