  I found this fastest and easiest to do on Mission 12 - Repair. Start it on easy and immediately turn on only the Debuff skulls:
  
  -Fog
  -Sickness
  -Rebel Sympathizer
  -Rebel Supporter
  -Rebel Leader
  
  From the start, select all units with and cycle through your troops with and assign all cyclops to repair the core with . Then select your Wolverines and place them just above the core. Leave all other units in place.
  
  Drop a global rally point directly in front of the core by pressing up on the D-pad and selecting the flag at the bottom of the wheel. Go to the airlocks and build 5 Cyclops out of the bottom, and 5 out of the top airlock. Alternate between the two until you have 15 Cyclops built or being built. From that point on just keep an eye on progress and use your Heal and Repair leader power as often as possible on the core. In roughly 3-4 minutes you'll be done and the achievement should pop.

  Not popping for me for some reason.
  
  UPDATE: Make sure you immediately turn on the debuff skulls. I did several runs where I didn't turn it on in the beginning. It popped when I finished my run where i immediately turned it on.

  Hey guys, just saying.... I ran this achievement on both the 360 and Xbox One version of Halo Wars by doing the first mission on easy with the debuff skulls on. Gold medal first try both times.

  Play the first mission on easy with all debuff and buff skulls on. Try not to lose any units and try to do the mission within par time, the higher your multipliers the better your score will be, and the better your chance of getting gold.

  It was recommended to me by xJohnGalt117's to include which skulls you need to have activated, here's the list.
  -Fog
  -Sickness
  -Rebel Sympathizer
  -Rebel Supporter
  -Rebel Leader

  For some reason, this isn't working for me. I tried changing a few things, but no go. Has any reports of this being bugged for anyone came up?

  Tried it once with ALL Skulls on and then only this ones, but nothing popped for me. Seems to be buggy.

  I've done it on the first mission and on mission 12 and it still won't pop... Must be buggy I guess.
