    The game is rigged abd unwinable, so don't get disheartened when you fail.
    More often or not, you'll hit level 4 without trying on your first go.
    Just make sure you always have 50 of your team in research.
    As the puzzle is random in every round, you'll have to add staff to other continents in the best order for your game.
    Just make sure the blue line doesn't rise too much.
    Really, the game talks you through the first one anyway, theoreticall should hit level 4 in round one of three. I know a few people who got it on their second round.

    De4thCrunchGame tells you you only get three attempts but you can have as many as you like.
    Advise above is solid, got mine by dumping 150 into research at the start, 50 the next and none in the last.

    The SCHWARTZ 00this achievement is fucking impossible for me. WHAT THE FUCK. Every single time I get to the third year, I fail. Every time! What am I doing wrong?? There's just no way to keep the blue bar from raising too high.

    SpeleoFoolHad a rough time of it. Ended up putting resources on a couple of the low bars in year 1 to knock them down near 0 (slows growth there so you can focus on other regions in later years).

    The ArossalypseI agree with SpeleoFool, knocked a few continents down to zero on the first round and I got the achievement that time, seems to make it a bit easier.

    wosmackI failed the first 2 attempts (as instructed in the walkthrough) and I only got to year 3 in my 3rd attempt and this unlocked... glitch?
