You will be able to unlock this in Caleb Pearson's last chapter when dealing with ADAM. Use the combination of personality boards B235 to progress and once you head to the server room, he will contact you allowing you access to Dr Chevez secret lab.
Once you're inside, the door to the back left is where you need to head. Inside is the caged dog. Nearby is some sedative which after picking up, will require you to interact with the dog feeder. The achievement will unlock here.
Fally Bank found another way to access the lab. Change the personality boards to C125 to get the code 1952. Hope this helps in case my solution doesn't work for you. |
