  I made an 100% achievement walkthrough.
  This game takes 3 playthroughs to complete.
  You can get all the achievements in under 2 hours.
  
  For the first playthrough @1:05 you'll get the achievements:
  -Anarchy Man
  -Doctor
  -Stolen Car
  -Playing House
  -Charmer
  
  For the second playthrough @35:35 you'll get the achievements:
  -Conformist
  -Peeping Tom
  -Bucksickle
  -Insomniac
  -Terminated
  
  For the third playthrough @1:06:15 you'll get the achievement:
  -Getaway
  
  

  
  For this specific achievement you need to complete the three objectives.
  You need to:
  -Talk to Eve in the arcade room (facility level 2 to the left) on Day 1
  -Fix the generator on Day 2
  -Collect the key cards to access the lower levels on Day 3

  I did all 3 and it has not popped. The tracker shows it at 75%, which means there must be a forth step.
  
  OK, figured it out, there is a forth step, but it's just actually going into the elevator to the lower levels, it pops there.

  To unlock this achievement you must complete the three objectives in your journal:
  
  Befriend Eve on Day One & Two
  
  Talk to her in your apartment on Day 1, and in the relaxation room on Day 2.
  
  Fix the Generator on Day Two.
  
  The power will go out on Day Two during your shift in the Facility. The Generator is located to the right of the entrance to the Apartments.
  
  Obtain both Key Cards on Day Three
  
  The First Key Card is found in the Apartments on Floor 4, in Room 4. The Second Key Card is found in the Safe, located on Floor 4, all the way to the left, at the Facility. The code to the Safe is 1973, and the Safe Key is located in Eve's room, First Floor, Room 6 of the Apartments, which can be entered by using the Fire Extinguisher to bash in the door.
  
  You can unlock this achievement as well as all the others by following my 100% walkthrough guide I made for Maka91's channel.
