I made an 100% achievement walkthrough.
This game takes 3 playthroughs to complete.
You can get all the achievements in under 2 hours.

For the first playthrough @1:05 you'll get the achievements:
    -Anarchy Man
    -Doctor
    -Stolen Car
    -Playing House
    -Charmer

For the second playthrough @35:35 you'll get the achievements:
    -Conformist
    -Peeping Tom
    -Bucksickle
    -Insomniac
    -Terminated

For the third playthrough @1:06:15 you'll get the achievement:
    -Getaway

For this specific achievement you need to talk and check in with Buck everyday when you wake up. Also you need to talk to Eve when you first go to the apartments and the following day meet and talk with her in the arcade room (2nd floor of the facility to the left) She'll leave a note on your door telling you to meet her there. You also have to fix the generator on Day 2 and ignore the red light in your room on Day 3. Stay out of the lower levels and Eve's room so you don't get Buck mad at you. On Day 4 wake up, take Buck's car key from his room (Level 2 Room 6) and check in with Buck. After you talk with him go and steal his car. Play through the end part by escaping using the AI reconfigurator on the android and leave the facility. If you did it correct when leaving the facility to escape you'll come across an invisible Buck that talks to you by where his car was. Go all the way to the train to the left where you started from and escape and you're achievement will pop.

BiLLzuMaNaTiI didn’t waste any time and the Android was easier to kill before an update. You said in your other comment that you played on ahead without the video. You didn’t follow it exactly and messed up. I actually enjoyed the game too lol

dogol the dogolI did? Yeah, well anyway dude, thanks for taking the time to put them in a video. The updates might have changed some things. Still, saved me some time figuring it all out. Thanks.

This is one of the many possible endings in Uncanny Valley. I unlock this achievement during the first playthrough of my 100% walkthrough guide.

To unlock this achievement, you must:

    - Always check in with Buck before beginning your shift.
    - Talk to Eve twice: once in your apartment on the Training Day and once in the Relaxation Room when she leaves you a not telling you to meet her. Don't leave before the dialogue is over.
    - Fix the Generator on Day Two.
    - On Day 4, get Buck's keys from his room and then talk to him before your shift begins.
    - After checking in with Buck, steal his car.
    - After that leave Eve's apartment and escape the lower levels. Once you're out head outside and you'll run past an invisible Buck. Continue left to the Train Station.
    - When you get to the Train Station Eve should appear on the right side of the screen, don't interact with her and continue to the train to end the game and unlock the achievement.

Arran R WIf I follow your bullet points, I don't get in a car crash when I steal the car. I just arrive at the train station...

EarthboundXSame. I've read two guides so far, one says to use the car on the second day, this one says the fourth. Neither have resulted in the crash. Guess I'll keep trying on each day.

Nope, turns out waiting for the 5th or 6th days for the gangsters to show up and escape after that doesn't unlock Charmer.

FNSUITE GHOSTI had the same issue that others had, and if you're like me and only half pay attention to videos you might have had the same issue I did. The video shows the dialogue but doesn't indicate what they did to get it. When meeting Eve in the Relaxation Room on Day 2, she will say "Are you sure you don't want to stay a little longer?" If you walk to the right she will head to the door and say some random stuff and "Bye". You HAVE to walk to the arcades to trigger the last few lines of dialogue. If you've done it correctly she will stay on the couch sitting. If she gets up to follow you towards door, quit out and load your save.

Figured I'd make a small guide for the people like myself who couldn't get the car crash to happen.

In the dream before waking up to Day 1, you have to save the man tied to the chair to the right of the green sign exit door, or the car crash on the 4th day will never happen, you'll just drive to the subway without any incident. It's what you have to do for the Random Hero achievement. That way for the third dream, you'll get the dream that has you taking to the man you saved in the first dream in the hospital. I have to assume you need to get that third dream(There are three different variations you can get for the third dream)for the car crash to happen.

A couple of the text guides I used, completely ignore this fact, so it took me three playthroughs to finally unlock Charmer. I even waited for the 5th or 6th day for the gangsters to show up outside the entrance to the facility, where the game plays out and ends the same way it would if you had gotten into the car crash on day 4, but Charmer will not pop that way.

The good thing is though, other than the first shift before day one, you can just check in on Buck in the security office daily, chat with Eve on the second floor, or fix the generator, depending on what day it is. Then just go back to sleep in your room in the apartments to skip to the next day. Should only take you 15-20 minutes or so to unlock Charmer this way, if it's the only achievement you are working on for that playthrough.

Hopefully this will help with some of the confusion some might of have, as I have noticed from comments from guides, and YouTube videos. I clearly have not been the only one who couldn't get the car crash scene to happen.
