Just pick any Classic Muscle Car you have in your garage.

If in lower category, upgrade it to a S2 Class (*) but still paying attention to the handling of the car.
As for upgrading your car, there are two ways to do so:
- Pay with in-game Credits : Today is "Payday". People get rewarded with Credits for their Loyalty just by loading up the Forza Hub, which can be accessed through the App on X1 or from the in-game menu.
- Use Mechanic Perk : If you upgraded your Perks so that you can access the Mechanic Perk, it will only cost you 10 Skill Points (which you will easily get back on the next skill song) :)

(*) I suggested S2 Class in order to have a high powered car able to accelerate fast enough and build up speed. As suggested by Jim Bob Marcus, you can also get the S1 tune from Don Joewon Song. This guy is known for his terrific tune setups on several cars.

With Speed Zones, it's important to come in quite fast and maintain speed, while still being glued to the road when entering curves.
You will also notice that suddenly there are more Drivatars appearing out of nowhere screwing up your perfect speed.

I tried different speed zones without succes. The ones from the guides here on TA didn't help at all, sorry. Probably because I suck at it.

Anyways, I managed to get it done on the Central Yarra speed zone in the Kiewa Valley.
This speed zone has a few straight lines which helped me build up the speed I lost when braking before entering a curve.

Here's the vid...
You will see at the end of the vid the challenge unlocking (in-game).

(Please note : the clips were recorded by Xbox One's Game DVR. Therefore, any eventual unlocking achievements appeared on my screen were not registered by the Game DVR)

Thanks for voting thumbs up if the guide was useful.
