  By far the easiest and fastest to do this, is at the strip at the airport.
  
  Just pick any car you feel comfortable with.
  
  A quick one is going to the strip strip facing west, wait for a Drivatar to pass, and challenge him to a head-to-head ().
  
  Drive straight to the finish line. You don't have to follow the route!
  You will see at the end of the vid the challenge unlocking (in-game).
  
  

  (Please note : the clips were recorded by Xbox One's Game DVR. Therefore, any eventual unlocking achievements appeared on my screen were not registered by the Game DVR)
  
  Do these 4x more times (so that you have 5 in total) and you will also get this challenge done:

  Clean Start will not trigger (for me at least) in a head-to-head race, whether it be at the airstrip or elsewhere. I got "Clean Racing" and "Great Clean Racing" several times during H2H races at the air strip, but never any "Clean Start".

  Clean Start is rewarded when you complete the first section of a race without any collisions. An easy way to ensure that you aren't hit is to lower the Drivatar difficulty and to purchase the Pull Rank skill from the Skill Shop, this will allow you to start in 1st place for 4 Campaign Races. You can find the Skill Shop in the Progress tab of the pause menu.
