This Secret Achievement is for accumulating 200 individual race wins. They can be a combination of career (in any division, Nationwide/Craftsman Truck/Sprint Cup), online, or quick race, but NOT Sprint Driver Challenges.

Most efficient way to do this is going to be racing in your Career mode so you are multitasking toward your championship achievements (including Nationwide/Craftsman Truck/Sprint Cup Chase for the Cup/Sprint Cup Champion/and finally the win 8 Championships achievement).

Best way to save as much time as possible is to race the shortest distance and easiest difficulty. You can change these in Settings. Then I would suggest you actually skip practice and jump to qualifying. When you qualify your first lap, check the standing on the bottom right of the screen. If it says you are 1/43 (you are the fastest qualifier) then you can quit qualifying. This way you don't have to drive the second lap, but it retains your qualifying spot. Go right into the race. Most races are going to be 15 miles. Each event is going to take you around 9-11 minutes.

Another tip is to skip the road courses and short ovals. These take longer because you drive a slower average speed. If you are winning most of the speedways and super speedways, then you can afford to skip these and still make the Chase/win the Championship. Just monitor the standings. To skip a race, you have to go into the event, then just select "Race" but as soon as you are in the race go to menu and Quit.

Finally, turn off auto-save when you are going for Championships. If you have a bad set of results you will want to back out to the XBox dashboard and go back to a save file from earlier. I learned this lesson the hard way when I had auto save ON and lost a Nationwide series championship by 7 points after finishing the last race 18th, and autosave locked in the bad result.

FYI, this particular achievement unlocked for me at 199 wins. Other achievements in this game, like driving 5000 miles, also unlocked early.

The GlobalizerGood solution. FYI, seems like the Craftsman Truck Series has much shorter races -- that might be a way of speeding up the wins count once you finish the necessary races for the Sprint Cups and the other championships.

Milkman 1 pctYour point about the Truck race is valid Globalizer, but keep in mind the other big achievement for 8 Sprint Cup Season Championships. If you are trying to obtain that one as well then most of your wins will happen in Sprint Cup. I earned the 200 win achievement before I earned the 8 Champs achievement, and looking at the TA ratios it seems most other people experienced the same.

You must win a total of 201 races, simple. So here is a simple way, the way that I did it. If you just want to get this achievement go to Bristol (6laps) lowest possible, (2opponents), plus everything else on the lowest possible like opponent difficulty etc... Race over and over, it will take 2 to 3 minutes per win. But this achievement is an accumulation of all wins smile.

If you are going to use this method only, it will take at most 10 hours to complete. Once you get good at it, it will take at minimum a little under 7 hours to complete. It might be a better idea to play the career and get other achievements at the same time.

*** For me at the time I was racing to get the highest achievement score possible and I just wanted to snag this one up quick and come back to this game in the future for the other achievements. This was the method I used.

If this method has helped you great, if you decided to go through the career instead that is good also! smile

This achievement is win 201 races. You can accomplish this in career, quick play, or online. Its based on total wins in the game, so all the ones that you accummulate through playing in career will count. The best way to multitsk is to get this along with the 8 Sprint Cup championships achievement.
