How to unlock the Dirty Tactics achievement

    Here's my guide to getting the Dirty Tactics achievement.

    This can be obtained from level 2 onwards.

    You can use the following explosives:
    -S-Mines
    -TNT
    -Trip Mines
    -Teller Mines


    I hope this helps but I always welcome any suggestions to improve my solutions. If you are going to down vote, please let me know why so I can improve the solution.

    ZordnilMust be a buggy achievement, i've tried doing this with both trip mines and s-mines several times but they never explode when the enemy is investigating the body.

    ZordnilGot it to pop finally. This time however i booby trapped a body at the corner of a wall.
    When another enemy then was close by i threw a rock on the other side of the body making the enemy run over the body without stopping to investigate. This triggered the explosion.

    For me, every time they stop to investigate the mine never exploded.

    This can be done in the second mission, Bitanti Village, against the first two enemies you come across. Make sure to take a plantable mine, like the s-mine. Simply take out one enemy, while the other is not looking. Then run up to the dead enemies body and plant your mine on him. Find some cover and then throw a rock near the dead body to attract the second enemy. If done correctly, the mine will explode and you should get a little cinematic as it happens.

    ZordnilTried this several times now with both trip mines and s-mines. it doesnt explode when they investigate. Bug?

    Actions

    This can be done as soon as you get either TNT, S-Mines, Teller Mines or Trip Mines. These can all be used to Booby Trap dead enemies. Once you have taken down an enemy, select one of the explosives from the menu and hold RB next to the body.

    Once another enemy sees the body, he will investigate and the booby trap will go off as soon as he is in range.
