How to unlock the A Just Cause achievement

  This achievement can be unlocked simply by consuming the Altered Biocell once it is acquired. Doing so, would conflict with obtaining the following:
  
  

  The Secret Achievement achievement in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided worth 86 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement

  
  
  To prevent the conflict, one can make a save right after acquiring the altered Biocell. Adam can then consume the Biocell to unlock this achievement. Once the achievement is unlocked, reload the save file and continue on with the Biocell intact.
  
  The following guide shows how to acquire the Biocell:

  Alternatively, this achievement can be unlocked by following the story. This involves taking the Altered Biocell to Flossy in Room A212 and doing as he asks. The following guide shows Flossy requesting Adam deliver the Altered Biocell to Red Shoes in B Block. It also shows how to acquire a B Block Jumpsuit so Adam can freely move around the unrestricted areas in B Block:

  The jumpsuit is not a necessity but it makes matters easier. Adam needs to make his way into the B Cell Block Yard and find Red Shoes in a small holding cell. On the mini-map, Red Shoes will be depicted by a green dot in a small enclosure. The below video shows one way (there are quite a few alternatives) of getting to Red Shoes starting from where Adam changes into the B Block jumpsuit. Once Adam gives Red Shoes the Altered Biocell, the achievement (if not previously obtained as described above) will unlock:

  I'm doing a video walkthrough for A Criminal Past for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. This is the fourth of eight videos that, when played sequentially, will provide a complete walkthrough unlocking all the achievements in the process. This video is preceded by the one for the Dressed for the Occasion achievement and will be followed (when I complete it) by the one for the Smooth Like Soap achievement.

  This achievement can be obtained immediately upon picking up the Altered Biocell for the "Retrieve The Package" sidequest (you can find the required door code in the showers, inside the teddy in the garbage can to your left; it's 6014). If you want the achievement as fast as possible, you can immediately use the Altered Biocell, which will grant you access to your augmentations. In order to do so, just open your inventory, highlight the item, press to use it, and unlock the achievement. If you're going for the "Winners Don't Use Drugs (or Biocells)" achievement, save your game before consuming the Altered Biocell and reload it afterwards, otherwise you're screwed out of that achievement.
  
  I'm not sure how long it would take to obtain the achievement by bringing the Altered Biocell to Flossy in cell A-212, as I unlocked it by consuming it.

  The achievement is not unlocked by bringing the altered Biocell to Flossy because he does not take it from Adam. Instead, he asks Adam to take it to Red Shoes in block B. If Adam decides to give the Biocell to Red Shoes, the achievement is unlocked unless it has previously been unlocked such as you have described in your guide. I, myself, wanted instant gratification so I did it the way you describe. However, I'm working on a guide that will show the achievement unlocking upon handing over the altered Biocell to Red Shoes.
