  **SPOILER FREE SOLUTION**
  
  At the very start of the game where you first gain control of Robert, the protagonist, you'll need to solve a series of puzzles to capture the pigeon pecking at a dead fish on the windowsill.
  
  When you reach the point where you've managed to get the fish - and the pecking pigeon - down to ground level, pick up the windsock which lies to the right of the WANTED! poster and immediately use it on the pigeon, without doing anything else first.

  This will be maybe your first achievement.
  As soon as you gain control, pick up the bottle from the rubbish (try to sell it to the man to get another achievement), the windsock (on the wanted poster's right) and the crutch (below the window).
  
  Use the bottle with the worm in order to get it drunk, than pick it up.
  Open inventory and use the worm with the crutch, to create a slingshot; then use the cork with the slingshot and aim the fish (not the pigeon).
  As soon as the pigeon fly to the floor, use the windsock on it and bum: achievement unlocked!
