**Spoiler Free Solution**
At the start of chapter three, you'll find yourself talking to a character named Gorfelina.
Progressing the story beyond this point will eventually see you in a courtyard, where one of the interactive hotspots leads to collecting some flowers.
As soon as you have them, travel back a couple of screens to Gorfelina and give her the flowers.
Achievement unlocked!
