If you earned the achievements before the patch and need to unlock them simply load into game-mode then quit out, all achievements that were unobtainable before will pop.

To unlock this class you will need to either progress enough to get enough unlock points which all up will equal 8 unlock points. Alternatively you will have enough at the beginning to go through a class.

Go to:
Home menu -> Play Online -> Frontlines -> Create Squad -> Schutzen -> Setup

Then go about purchasing everything in that menu and then back out and repeat for the next class. Should have all these in a matter of minutes, I was Rank 18 when I did this which shouldn't take long if you're boosting.
