How to unlock the Fancy Rims achievement

    Actions
    Save $25,000 and then select your car. Click on it again and you will get the option to upgrade. Go down to wheels and select Bling wheels.

    This guide is for the purpose of getting this achievement only. It would probably make sense to save 100,000+ and buy either Centurion or Peacebomb wheels for their respective achievements
