@steverogers789 who gave me an idea how to do it fast without playing whole campaign again!
IMPORTANT - DO NOT BUY ANY SKILLS! READ THE WHOLE GUIDE FIRST, I EXPLAIN IT LATER1. First thing, uninstall all the DLCs! DLCs make the achievement glitched for many people. So make sure you have no DLC installed.
2. Start the new campaign on Arcade Mode - it will make it much easier, complete first 2-3 missions and now we can start to boost it! You need to gain about ~50-60 thousand supplies each type, focus on fuel, you'll need more fuel than other supplies. Also you need about 100-105 skill points, also need level 17 (You might do not need 17th level, it depends which skill branches count for you in xbox tracking system, lets say you are stuck at 40% it means you have 2/5 branches completed you need the other 3 to buy in this run, you gonna need 17 for physical branch). To level up fast I recommend to complete missions which give you 1050xp or 570xp its gonna be the fastest way (also level up after you collect all needed supplies, because supplies also give you some xp). If you are looking for skill points/ medals try to collect only the one worth 3 or 5 points.
IF YOU COLLECTED EVERYITHING - DO NOT SPEND THE SKILL POINTS YET, READ BELOWBEFORE BUYING ANYTHING EXIT GAME TO MAIN MENU, AND CLOSE THE APP TO XBOX'S MAIN MENU, THEN LAUNCH AGAIN! Now the tip which is going to help you a lot! If you have all the supplies choose the skill branch you want to max, lets say you choose "weapon", buy all the skills in the branch, wait about 15 seconds and check the achievement tracker if it progressed 20% it means this was the branch you needed.
NOW!DO NOT CLOSE THE APP! Go to "Manage game and adds-on", next to "Saved games" and delete the local save file, DO NOT delete it from everywhere, just delete it from console, the game should automatically close, launch the game again and you should see something like "Sync your game file" or something like that, your saved game will download from the cloud, now you might be curious, how does it help me? You will get your save right before you bought the skills so you can max another skill branch! Now choose another skill branch an example "drone" max it, and repeat the process!
You don't need to have all branches upgraded in the same time, just if tracker gave you 20%, means it count as upgraded.
