This is easily done in a season while going for the home run and strike out achievements. I have not tested but I have read that simming games can void this achievement so best not to sim a game in the season until strikeout, home run, and run achievements are done.
Also, that need clarification on a run - it is when a player crosses home plate. Do not confuse this to a RBI when a batter gets a hit to allow another player to score. It needs to be one player them self safely scoring 124+ times.
Personally, the Indians are pretty good in 2017 so I used Corey Kluber for pitching (can use save scumming for the stirkeouts), and Encarnacion for runs and Home Runs.
