Same as last year. Pick a team that has a pitcher with a high stamina rating and high drop rating. This year I used the Mariners and Felix Hernandez. You get 33-34 starts in a 162 game season so you need to average about 9 strikeouts per start. You can also get a few extra starts if necessary by starting your pitcher before it's their turn again though that probably won't be necessary.

When pitching, press up and A to throw a drop pitch. Try to move it around a little and it should drop before it gets to the plate. On Easy the CPU will still swing at it most of the time. Try to mix up which direction you make the pitch move as throwing the exact same pitch several times usually results in a hit. It's ok if you don't strike out every batter. Just try to get 8-9 a game.

You can sim games between your strikeout pitcher's starts. Just make sure you don't sim any games that your strikeout pitcher is starting or it will void the achievement. You probably want to get the HR and RBI achievements first before simming any games as simming will most likely void those too.

You can also use a relief pitcher with a high drop rating and high stamina rating and just use them for 2-3 innings every other game or so but this will require playing a lot more games than doing it with a starting pitcher so I don't recommend this.

Also, I can't guarantee this will work for you but if you come up a few short at the end of the season just keep playing in the playoffs and you'll probably still get the achievement. I finished with 276 strikeouts and got the achievement after my 9th strikeout in the first game of the playoffs.
