This achievement's description is a little unclear. It's actually for completing the bonus episode, which is only playable after you've finished the main story.
You can play the bonus episode on Casual difficulty to make it easier. You can also skip any minigames or hidden item puzzles if you want. As long as you complete the episode, you'll get the achievement.
