As you make regular visits to the gym you will eventually be called over to help a guy with his powerlifting which you actually don't need to do anything since it's all automatic. Afterwards he will speak with you about ultimate fights taking place in the warehouse. Simply then go to your map and visit the warehouse and after a conversation you will unlock the achievement upon completing the goal.
