This is actually even easier than the solution above. Simply play any Dropshot exhibition game by yourself and with bots turned off. You can't damage your own panels so it's an automatic shutout. If you're a in a rush or already have the achievements you can set the score limit to 1 goal, or you can do what I did and use one 20 minute exhibition to knock out this, Full Course, and Buckminster x10 in one go.
