  Hello guys !
  
  Here's my video to show you one good and early location for this achievement.You can obtain it at many different places but this is where i got mine.It's just after the Ancient Treasure achievement (also you have an Outfit to collect here):
  
  

  
  You need to hold during the dive to obtain the cheevo.

  Are the achievements obtainable at various points in the open world or must they be done at aspecific points for the most part?

  It's semi-linear.Only this one can be done at many points ;-)

  This was the only spot that worked for me, and I had to hold B for it to work.
  
  Tried in other places in the game but none worked.

  I jumped off of at least twenty different locations in the first level (Denial Stage) and the only location that worked for me was in the video that Mike Cupcake posted - the video shot in daytime.
