  Once you reach tier 4, or tier 5 of the weed side missions, you'll gain a strand that'll net you $10k as the upper sell price. Plant this and then play the waiting game, (this will take a while unfortunately). DO NOT USE FERTILISER. Once it is fully grown, harvest it and scroll through the options for selling it, there should be one or more options to sell the weed for $10k+.

  I have a tip for others struggling.
  At level four you unlock Sativa.
  You can hybrid it with the penultimate seed in the list. Delroy Hollow takes a crop of this for 11K

  Any idea on if this is glitched regarding the use of fertilizer ever? Im at max herbalism level and have routinely sold multiple strains of weed without using fertilizer to speed up the process on that batch for 20K+ and it has not popped. The other grow house achievements popped when I went outside, this has been 12 hours since it should have. Also started a completely fresh strain that was never fertilized and still nothing.

  I've sold like 5 batches for over 10k now and still nothing... This is the last achievement I need on this playthrough. Anyone got any solutions?

  You can combine weed strains and then strengthen it. Start with indica strain and keep combining the strain with other seeds, making it stronger, selling it for more. You need to sell the strain once to be able to further strengthen it. I can confirm weed bussines level carries over to a new playthrough, so I was able to sell weed for 30k right after getting the first 3 districts, helped me a lot.
