The following is a list of all of the tonics in the game (16 in total) and the conditions under which they will unlock: (List is in same order as columns seen in-game)
1) Wellard - Collect 5 Pagies
2) Super Slam - Stun 30 enemies.
3) Livewire - Beat Rextro's high score on 3 machines.
4) Hoarder - Collect 300 Quills.
5) Hunter - Collect 2 Health or 2 Power Extenders. **
(NOTE: Collecting only one of each will NOT unlock this tonic.)6) Peekaboo - Defeat 10 Corplet Security enemies.
7) Helium - Finish the Yooka-Laylee story.
8) 64-bit - N/A (Unlocked by Default)
9) Baller - Defeat 100 enemies.
10) Bruiser - Collect 10 pagies in Hivory Towers.
11) Fallproof- Collect 10 Ghost Writers.
12) Salmon - Defeat 10 underwater enemies.
13) Loaded - Collect 15 Ghost Writers.
14) Butterthree - Finish the Yooka-Laylee story.
15) Athlete - Defeat Capital B at the end of the game.
16) Pants - Collect every pagie in-game.
