Doctor Who reference in the Waste of Space DLC.
It is best to first get to $25,000 CrowdKicker funds, as the Carrier appears at $20,000 and the Travel Agency appears at $25,000.
From the Crowd Kicker headquarters/start head up to the Museum, to the Origin of Spaceflight area, and activate the T.U.R.D.I.S. at the upper level. From there proceed to either the Carrier in space via transporter, or the Academy in the middle near the QR Cube. The T.U.R.D.I.S. will appear at either of these locations, but both are needed to move on to the 4th location. Lastly head to Research and near the Safe Parking area the T.U.R.D.I.S. will make it's final stop. Head inside for the achievement.
Just a quick note this needs to be done in one sitting as if you quit out or restart the T.U.R.D.I.S. locations will reset, although this only takes 4-5 minutes as shown.
