Short video showing how to boost achievement for "Too Many Cooks?" do exactly as in video until achievement pops.

WARNING: Selecting another panel other than what is seen in video will make the option disappear to complete to community goal repeatedly.

So Steps to do this is as follows:

    1. Go to a station, Start port services, Mission board.
    2. Select community goal tab, then select an achievable community goal i.e. for an example deliver hydrogen fuel to a particular station or choose another i.e. kill ships in certain system to claim bounties.
    3. Go deliver at least 1 ton of the said so item or kill 1 enemy and claim it in the station required.
    4. Wait till community goal finishes on Thursday.
    5. Go to station the community goal was previously held at to claim reward.
    6. Star port services, Mission board and then claim reward by selecting complete.
    7. Back out to Start port services and then Commodities market.
    8. Back out again to Star port services, Mission board and then claim reward again by selecting complete.
    9. repeat steps 6 - 8 until achievement pops.

    Have fun.

NOTE: Only the initial complete gives you an actual credit reward and the rest only work for achievement progression.

Credit to CMDR Realitybitesdog for providing me a video for this.

Most players that have put a decent amount of time into the game probably know how to do this, but I figured I'd write up a short guide; since there's not one written yet and new players try the game all the time. Here it goes-

First, community goals are week long/month long/sometimes longer events where players can choose to help a specific station in a certain way. To check what the community goals are, go to the mission board in any station you are at. At the very top community goals will be listed. Here you can read lore behind the goal, see what the station needs, and sign up. (Pro tip- go ahead and sign up, even if you don't know you'll have time to do it. There's no penalty as far as I know if you sign up and don't participate at all).

The majority of community goals will ask for you to deliver commodities or bounties, but there are variations on this. If you are confused, just read the very first paragraph after you select the goal (in white). It will tell you exactly what you need to do. Occasionally you may be asked to choose a side in the goal. When you go to turn in bounties or commodities make sure you are signed up for the Community Goal FIRST! This is why I recommend just signing up for all of them.

From here you can keep bringing bounties or commodities all you like and you'll be ranked in the top 10, 25, 50, 75, or 100% of all the other people participating, while you all together raise the tier. This determines how many credits you will receive when the goal is over. However, for this achievement you only have to participate one time so you can deliver something once and wait for the goal to be over; although you won't make as many credits this way since you most likely won't be any further than top 100%.

After the goal is over, head to the station it was at. It won't say there are any community goals in this area anymore since it is over, but select community goals anyway and your reward will be there to accept.

Do this 25 times and the achievement is yours!

    - One last note; if you are still confused or don't know where to go to find what you need for the goal, check out the subreddit /r/eliteCG. It is very helpful as it will list everything and many other players will share other helpful information about the goal that you can't get in game.
